  3. To see better. I never bright light anyone unless its a complete accident.

  4. I drive with my brights on because I am afraid I'll miss a cop and get pulled over if I don't. I've been pulled over once in my life, and it was at dark. Ever since then I have been paranoid about driving the speed limit in the dark, and looking for cops.

  5. At night my normal headlights aren't quiteas bright as I'd like them to be so I use my brights to help me see better. I have poor night vision usually anyways and the brights help with that as well. Sometimes I just forget to turn them off if I'm driving during the day.

  7. I drive with my brights on when it is necessary, like instances where I can't see what is in front of me when it is dark out, or when I am near woods, so I do not accidentally hit a deer or any other animals.

  18. Turning on my brights often accidentally happens as it is attached to the turn signal and I will manage to get quite a ways down the road before I realize and turn them off.

  41. Most of the time if I am driving in the dark, I am leaving from my home which is in a pretty remote and rural area with no one around. I have my brights on so I can see better and I am not likely to drive past anyone. However, I do sometimes forget I have my brights on and drive into the city with them on, not realizing until I am sitting in the McDonald's drive through.

  43. I drive with my brights on only at night for safety and navigation purposes. If it is curvy back roads or a road that is new to me, then i always like to have my brights on in order to see and make sure I am going the right way. My car i have now has bad lights, so my brights are the only way that I can really see good at night. If I leave my lights on while passing someone then it is usually because I forgot to switch them off.
