I don't cover my mouth when I sneeze or cough because I will usually put my head down into my arm.
Because I do not feel the need to when I am alone or I will turn my head over my shoulder.
Its not that I do it on purpose, I just forget to do it at times.
If I am alone then I don't cover my mouth or nose because I feel like it is unnecessary.
I don't do it because if I do, that will put intense pressure on my head.
Out of respect and habit
