because sometimes it is really hard to see. It makes me feel a lot more safer having the extra light.

I drive with my brights on when it is dark and I can't see properly without them.

To see better. I never bright light anyone unless its a complete accident.

I drive with my brights on because I am afraid I'll miss a cop and get pulled over if I don't. I've been pulled over once in my life, and it was at dark. Ever since then I have been paranoid about driving the speed limit in the dark, and looking for cops.

At night my normal headlights aren't quiteas bright as I'd like them to be so I use my brights to help me see better. I have poor night vision usually anyways and the brights help with that as well. Sometimes I just forget to turn them off if I'm driving during the day.

I have terrible vision especially at night and during for so I use my bright lights in order to see better so I don't harm myself or others on the road.

I drive with my brights on when it is necessary, like instances where I can't see what is in front of me when it is dark out, or when I am near woods, so I do not accidentally hit a deer or any other animals.

I forget to turn them off and because I have dim lights.

I usually only use my brights if it's too dark to see. My regular headlights do not work very well, so that happens more often then I would like.

Because I can see much better and farther away.

I drive with bright lights because I cannot see well at night on back roads.

I drive with my brights on when i am going down a dark road. Most of the time to make sure a deer does not run out in front of my car.

I can see better with my bright lights on but soon as I see a car coming I turn my bright lights off.

I drive with my brights on because I honestly can't see. I think I need glasses for night time.

I drive with brights on because it is difficult to see at times and bright lights makes this easier for me.

I get flashed as if my brights are on, but a lot of times they aren't my headlights are just really bright.

So I can see but I turn them down when another car is driving by me.

Turning on my brights often accidentally happens as it is attached to the turn signal and I will manage to get quite a ways down the road before I realize and turn them off.

So I can see at night

I'd rather be able to see than to run off the road or be on a country back road and hit an animal crossing the street.

To see better on backroads. I try my best to turn them off when I meet a car. I forget from time to time.

Because it helps me stay more awake when I'm driving in the dark.

I drive with my brights on because my brights are only as bright as what dims should be. If I drive with dims on I can barely see anything.

I typically don't when they're is a car in front of me, but I do on dark nights to see.

Unknown said...

I only do this when it is dark, I can't see, and there are no cars on the road.

I typically drive with my bright lights just to see more when its late at night. As of late i have a headlight out, and use my bright lights to compensate.

I have a low beam out

So I can see better in the dark

Anonymous said...

Because it helps me see better at night. This is especially true when there are no street lights.

I only use them when its raining really hard

Sometimes it is easier to see with bright lights on. However, I know it is dangerous for other drivers so I will try not to.

I will only drive with my brights on so I can see at night when there are not many cars around me.

I drive with my brights on when it is dark and my normal car lights don't allow me to see clearly. Sometimes I use my brights to flash to warn other cars when there is a policeman camped out waiting for people to speed.

I drive with my bright lights on because, at night, if I don't, I will kill myself and others because my vision is terrible in the dark. I'm always courteous and turn them off when cars come from the opposite direction.

I drive with my brights on only when necessary so that I may see better and no other oncoming vehicles are coming my way.

I drive with my brights on because I am half blind and can not see in the dark.

I cannot see!! I also drive better that way

In order to see the road in front of me.

Most of the time if I am driving in the dark, I am leaving from my home which is in a pretty remote and rural area with no one around. I have my brights on so I can see better and I am not likely to drive past anyone. However, I do sometimes forget I have my brights on and drive into the city with them on, not realizing until I am sitting in the McDonald's drive through.

usually forget that there on

I drive with my brights on only at night for safety and navigation purposes. If it is curvy back roads or a road that is new to me, then i always like to have my brights on in order to see and make sure I am going the right way. My car i have now has bad lights, so my brights are the only way that I can really see good at night. If I leave my lights on while passing someone then it is usually because I forgot to switch them off.

They are there to help you see better so I use them when I need to see better. When an oncoming car is passing I turn them off.
