I've never felt that it was necessarily ok to sleep during a class. On the contrary, when I do I feel really guilty about it because I know I'm being disrespectful to the professor but sometimes I just have an overwhelming urge to sleep and I can't keep myself from closing my eyes. There was this one class where I slept on a regular basis (english) just because of the timing of the class. I always found myself yawning uncontrollably and I just couldn't stand to keep my eyes open. Maybe it was because it fell at the very end of the day and I was just ready to leave? I don't know. Sometimes you just have to sleep.
I point at someone if I am trying to explain to a person who I am talking about or where someone is if a person is trying to locate someone in a crowd.
i point at people if they are in the conversation i am having and someone does not know who i am referring too so i point at them to show the person who i am talking too who i am talking about.
I will point at someone if I am trying to direct someone's attention toward another person or point out someone I know to a friend. It is usually on accident though.
I usually do this when I am talking about someone or something, although sometimes I do not like pointing at people because I do not want them to become upset or offended. I usually do it unintentionally though.
I point at people when I need to get their attention from far away. I also point at someone if I am clarifying who I am talking about to someone else. For example, if I told someone about my friend Kyle and they didn't know who that was then I would point him out.
I typically will point at someone when I’m trying to let another person know who I’m talking about but I never remember that it’s rude until someone notices me.

To allow someone to know who I'm talking about
Because I might be pointing out to someone who they are, or I might love what that person is wearing.
I just let others know who I am talking.
Many times I point at people in the same way that I would wave at them to say hello.
Because it shows the person whom I am speaking to who I am talking about.

I point at people if I need their attention or if I am talking to someone and they don't know who a person is.
To let people I'm talking to know who I'm talking about.
To allow someone to know who I am talking about or referring to.
Sometimes I point to make the person I'm talking to uncomfortable for attracting the attention of the person I'm pointing at.

So that when I am talking to my friends about someone, they know who I am talking about.
Usually to point out someone. I only point if I think that they can't see me.
To direct attention to them.
If I am talking about someone or telling someone where they need to go towards I point to people.
I try not to, but sometimes I just point out of a habit of talking with my hands.
To get my point across, no pun intended.
To direct someone in their direction.

I point at people if I am trying to clarify about the person I am talking about.
I'm talking about that person
I point at people because I am unaware that I am doing it, and just automatically point at the person I'm talking about.
I usually do it accidentally if I am talking about someone
I do the whole "finger guns" thing, where I'll snap then point at people. It's a way to greet my friends.
I usually only do this when I'm trying to show someone another person.
its just a habit I have plus its easier to show people what you are talking about when you point it out

I am trying to show my friends something and do not notice that I am doing it.
So I can show whoever I am talking to who I am talking about.
I have pointed at people to indicate who I am referring to. I don't point for an angry reason like some may do.

If I didn't point at people, someone might not know who I'm talking about. And I try to do it secretly most times.
If I ever pointed at someone it was to get there attention.
