When you know the vacuum cleaner bag is full, why don't you change it?

I do not like changing the vacuum cleaner bag. I feel like it takes too much time and it is always so nasty and dusty. Where I work I have to change it sometimes, but I would rather leave it for the other girl.
You do not change the vacuum cleaner bag because you are lazy. There is honestly no other excuse why. You leave the dust and dirt in hopes that someone else will clean it for you.
Many times it can be because you feel as if you are the only one who does things to help out, such as being the one who is vacuuming. You leave it for the next person so they will have to do something.
My excuse is a silly one, but I feel that if I change it I am going to drop the bag and make an even bigger mess, even over the trash can. And the bag can get pretty gross too.
My vacuum doesn't have a bag, but a plastic container in which it keeps the dirt. I usually let it get incredibly full before I change it because it makes a big mess and it takes a long time. Instead of cleaning it out, I procrastinate and wait until it absolutely needs to be done.
I don't change the vacuum bag because I'm too lazy to do so, and I'm allergic to dust. So I feel that those are good excuses to not having to change the vacuum bag.

Honestly because I don't want to spill it everywhere and have to clean it up even more.
Because I rely on the next person to use it to change the bag. I assume my life is busier than whoever else is using the vacuum.
im too lazy
I tend to wait for it to actually stop working to empty out the contents of the vacuum. I just do not see the point in doing extra work.
Because it is difficult and messy
I do not like to clean up the mess afterwords.
I am just too lazy from vacuuming the whole place to empty out the bag, so I will leave it for the next person to do.

Honestly probably because I'm too lazy and don't want the lent to get everywhere when i empty it.
