When I talk with food in my mouth it is usually just to close friends or family. When I am eating and someone asks me a question I feel as if I have to answer immediately or they think I am just not listening to them, or there is that awkward silence until you do respond. I do not really consider it "rude" to talk with food in your mouth if you are with a close friend or family as long as it isn't falling out of your mouth while you are talking. I say this because I feel like you would be close enough to those individuals that they wouldn't be offended if you answered their question while finishing your bite.
I talk with my mouth full out of a bad habit. If people are talking to me I am going to talk back. It does not matter if I am in midchew or not. I feel like my response must be immediate because if it is not I am being rude.
I try not to talk with food in my mouth. But it seems like as soon as I put something in my mouth then someone asks me a question and I feel like I need to answer right away. I tend to hold a hand over my mouth while talking so the person I am talking to realizes I have food in my mouth and so they don't see the food when I talk.
I will talk with my mouth full when I do not think I have a lot of food in my mouth, so I try to hide it. I will also do it when I try to answer a question quickly and cannot wait until lI swallow. The only time I do this though is around close friends or family.
I usually talk with my mouth full because I am always so eager to get my point across especially when I speaking about something I feel really passionate about.
I just speak when I feel like I need to say something. I forget my train of thought easily so if I have something on my mind, it is best to say it before it is gone. I only do this when I know someone really well. Even then, I still put a hand over my mouth before doing so.

I think people sometimes get too anxious to answer a question or say something that they have complete disregard for heir nasty behavior.

Because I'm hungry and talkative at the same time.

this usually happens if I'm really excited about what I have to say and I feel like it can't wait.
Because I feel that whatever I need to say needs to be said in that moment.
when i talk with my mouth full it is to be funny when i am around my friends and family. I do not do it around people i dont know.

I do because I feel like I need to get something off my chest, and I just happen to be eating at the same time.
