I do this on occasion at a local park. I park in a no parking zone to use the restroom before I go for a long bike ride. The no parking zone is right next to the restroom. I never do It when there are other people there, but only when the parking lot is empty

Ok, I have only done this four or five times when I am in a big hurry, or just waiting to pick someone up.
