Cracking my knuckles is a habit of mine. It is loud, obnoxious, and something I do often. I do not know when this began, but I now do it subconsciously. I do notice that I do it more often when I am more stressed out.

I crack my knuckles when I am feeling nervous or uncomfortable. It is not a habit that I think is acceptable, but I have never made an effort to stop.

I crack my knuckles because I am the type of person who does not do well to sit still. Whenever I am sitting still, I tend to get uneasy. It gives me something to do. Whenever I am sitting still and my knuckles feel like they could be cracked, I do it.

I started cracking my knuckles when I was in middle school because my cousin did it and I thought it was cool. Now, I crack my knuckles when I am bored or when I am anxious. It has become somewhat of a habit that I have never tried to break. Sometimes I feel that I need to crack them because it takes away pressure in my hands or my toes. I feel that it is acceptable to many people and I do not think that it is a big deal.

I have found I tend to crack my knuckles as a way of fidgeting when I am not doing anything else with my hands. I don't like to sit still and cracking my knuckles just gives me something to do with my hands.

I crack my knuckles out of a force of habit. It originally started from watching my dad do it and then my boyfriend would pop my fingers out of annoyance. Now I crack them subconsciously.

This is definitely something I do on a daily basis. There is really no scientific or emotional or biological reason behind this action, it is purely out of habit. Every morning when I wake up I crack my knuckles and I tend to do it several times throughout the day.

It feels good and I've always done it.

I actually started cracking my knuckles when I would watch my dad do it. When I was younger (and thought my dad was the coolest person ever) I would watch him crack his and so I started cracking mine. He will actually still walk by us and pop our toes or our fingers if we are laying around at the house.
