I do this because my uncle did it one time when I was little and this older guy ended up throwing his club mid-swing and I just want to see this happen again because it was hilarious.

To try to mess up the players that are about to try and hit a shot.
I don't feel comfortable wearing a seat belt.
Sometimes I'm just feeling mischievous and want to annoy people.
I do not do this because I play golf and it would make me mad if someone did it to me. DO NOT EVER DO THIS.
I hate how quiet and proper the sport of golf is, so I like to try to break the silence and annoy the players.
Just because you're supposed to be quite.
To try and distract the golfers. Picking on people is fun.
I honk because I am friendly, and just want to let everyone know that I am saying hello.
When you feel like being a child it goes through your mind, however, it is not respectful to the golfers.

Because it is funny to see the golfers reaction when you honk the horn. Making them purposely miss their shot.
