People watching is one of the most interesting things to do in public places. I tend to stare at people that cause a scene or if they are intentially trying to get attention to themselves. For example, two weeks ago at my local Wal-Mart i caught myself staring at this older woman who was wearing a two piece bathing suit without a cover up through the store.
I tend to stare at an individual is something about them is appealing or interesting to me such as their hair or their outfit. I do not do it to be rude or demeaning. Often times, I do not even realize that I am doing it.
. I love observing people in public places, and picking up on little social cues or watching a chain of events occur. This is definitely a social behavior I learned from people in my family. We all tend to be very observant and interesting in psychology. As a film nerd I also love stories, and sometimes the most interesting stories come from the world around you. I love watching people and making up stories of what their life is like outside of the social situation I a observing them.
I always stare if there is a beautiful girl or if there is a person that I admire, once there was an Olympic gold medallist at the meet that I attended and I could not let my eyes go off him.
I will stare at people if they are doing unusual things, but most of the time I will stare because I admire the person. Whether it be there good looks, nice hair, cool outfit, or if they are doing something that I am intrigued by I will draw my eyes towards the person for a longer amount of time.
I stare at people because they stare at me. One of my biggest pet peeves is when people stare and me so when they do I usually stare back to show them how it feels. Wow, now that I'm saying it aloud, that sounds kind of rude.
Staring or observing others is a common thing I do quite often. My family actually brings it to my attention that I should not stare. However, I tend to "stare" because someone has caught my eye for one of many reasons. If they are attractive, or a baby is cute, or I feel sorry for someone due to their appearance. It's a bad habit I have, but I try not to stare too long. I never give dirty looks or deliberately make the other person feel uncomfortable.
Half the time, I do not mean to stare at people I am just zoning out. The other half of the time, I see a feature that I think is interesting(good or bad).
Sometimes I zone out and it can seem that I stare at someone, but I am not. But sometime I also stare at people on purpose because I find something interesting about them. It can be their appearance, their outfit, or their behavior. I actually really like to observe how people interact and behave with each other. My first couple of months in America without the courage to speak in English was all about picking up social cues. Only by observing how people behave I could understand what kind of people they are because it was hard to speak and listen for me.
I am really big on assessing situations and analyzing people and their moods and the people they are with. Majority of the time I do not realize I am staring and don't mean to be rude with it, I just genuinely get interested in what is going on with the people around me.

Sometimes I stare at people that are extremely pretty. I stare at them and wish that I possessed their beauty.
I like to see what other people do or what they wear
Because I may like their outfit or they are attractive.

They may be doing something interesting or what I consider "abnormal" it's hard to look away.

I often times don’t even realize I’m doing it. I just enjoy people watching.

Because I like to imagine their subjective experience in that moment or just to observe because I am bored.

I tend to stare at people because they either look really good or have something odd about them that I would not see everyday.
I try not to stare because its rude but sometimes I do catch my self staring at someone but it is because I was day dreaming.

I don't stare at people on purpose. It always happens when I am daydreaming.
